How to Make Egusi Soup Without Palm Oil

It has the umami taste of a healthy food. It's easy to prepare and have high cholesterol content. Am talking about egusi soup without palm oil.

Ingredients:

Egusi (blended)

Spinach

Fresh tomato (you'll blend it)

Sweet red pepper

Dry prawns

Crayfish

Onion

Meat

Hot peppper

Maggi (for taste and flavour)

Procedure:

1. Boil your assorted meat with onions, Maggi and hot pepper.

2. Once boiled, add fleshly blended tomatoes (not tinned) and sweet red pepper, dry prawns and cray fish.

3. Add your blended egusi

4. Simmer and add you spinach.

5. Wait for your healthy egusi recipe to start giving it's smell.

Serve with any swallow available.
